Essentials Distributed in Rafah
During one of the world’s worst recent humanitarian crises, SVH and Hidden Humanity volunteers delivered $10,000 worth of food packages and $10,000 worth of baby food and diapers to Rafa, despite the Israeli blockade. This aid came at a critical time when starvation had become widespread, providing vital relief to families in desperate need.

Shelter for Gaza: Khan Yunus Campsite Initiative
In response to the devastating aftermath of the intense Israeli bombings, SVH constructed a campsite in Khan Yunus to address the dire need for shelter. This project provided displaced families with a safe space to rebuild their lives in the face of ongoing hardships.

Food Aid for Syrian Refugees in Jordan
SVH teams from Canada, California, and Jordan collaborated during the summer to distribute food packages to over 120 Syrian refugee families in Jordan. These families, struggling with severe food insecurity, received essential supplies to feed themselves and their children.

Empowering Afghan Orphans Through Carpentry
Recognizing the long-term needs of Afghan orphans, SVH funded a carpentry workshop in Kabul to help talented orphans achieve self-reliance. This initiative provided tools, materials, and training, marking the beginning of SVH’s efforts to focus on independence alongside emergency aid.

Education and Trauma Support for Children in North Gaza
SVH funded the establishment of a temporary school in North Gaza, benefiting 500 children aged 6 to 8. The school offered academic classes, trauma-alleviating activities, nutritious meals, and clean water. This project ensured a safe and nurturing environment for children living in terrible conditions.

Urgent Medical Support for Syrian Refugees in Türkiye
SVH Türkiye identified Syrian refugee families with children in critical need of medical treatment. The organization raised funds to prevent life-threatening conditions such as paralysis and blindness, ensuring these children have a chance at a healthier future.

A Brighter Future for Muhammad in Afghanistan
Muhammad, a young boy in Afghanistan responsible for supporting his three younger sisters while pursuing an education, was in need of assistance. SVH was there to provide a food cart, funding, and the necessary resources for Muhammad to be successful. This initiative ensures the family’s self-sufficiency and enables Muhammad to work toward a brighter future for himself and his siblings.

Equipping Afghan Orphanages with Medical Rooms
SVH, in collaboration with the SVH Jordan Chapter, established and funded two fully equipped medical rooms in orphanages in Afghanistan. These facilities, soon to be named after SVH and Hidden Humanity, provide essential medical care for orphaned children.

Nursing Mothers Initiative
SVH along with Hidden Humanity and Rivers of Mercy launched a nursing program in Gaza to support vulnerable newborns and mothers during the crisis. The initiative provided breast milk from lactating mothers, along with food and hygiene supplies, addressing malnutrition and water shortages.
